Sure is! Go to the side menu under either Upgrade with Game Money or Real Money. Real money gives you a section for barns and pastures, and game money gives you a separate page (under IV Shopping) where you can pay for barns with Investment Vouchers bought with game money. :)

No. W20 is sort of a modifier gene at the Kit locus. It increases expression of all Kit patterns (Tobiano, roan, Sabino, White Spotting) and also the Splash genes to some point. It has no effect I’ve noticed on Appy expression....can’t think of it effects Rabicano at all. By itself, it may give your horse “normal” markings like socks, stockings, Stars or a blaze. Occasionally it gives a white mark on an upper leg or a small belly splash.

In general W20 is pretty safe, but if you have a mix of genes that is already quite risky, because W20 increases white expression, it can make a combination more risky,

The Lethal white gene in game is Frame, or Olw. Olw stands for Overo Lethal White. Frame is Lethal when homozygous, so be careful when breeding two horses with Frame to each other.
