Okay, I'll start!

I've loved horses all my life. My dad used to enjoy telling people the story of the first time I touched one. I got away from him in a parking lot before a Veteran's Day parade in Jacksonville, FL when I was two. I ran off between cars and was nowhere to be found until the guys unloading and tacking up the Budweiser Clydesdales started yelling about the baby in the trailer. Dad said when he got there I was still sitting in between the front feet of one of the horses, petting his hairy leg and saying "Pwetty hawsie." :D

I used to have horses of my own and did a lot of rescue, mostly of foals, until I ended up in a wheelchair about seven years ago and had to give them up. I've tried other horse-related games since then but found them very lacking, so I was slow to try this one after I saw it advertised on Facebook. I'm glad I finally did though because I'm loving it! Coat color genetics has always interested me so I'm really enjoying seeing what I get from breedings without waiting eleven months. :3 I started out wanting to breed mostly Apps because they were my first love, but I've since gotten distracted by more difficult colors to breed for like liver and pearl. :\">

And I never liked Pepsi so I guess I'll say Coke, but I'd honestly prefer a Barqs or Mountain Dew. lol Oh, and my name is Sarah, but I've always hated it because I knew so many Sara(h)s. I've been known as Iamgizy or SaddleTramp (for the song by Marty Robbins) in most online groups I was part of, starting with Equine-L back in the dark ages of the internet. I may possibly be the only person any of you will ever meet who is perfectly fine being called Trampy. :))

Welcome to both of you. This is a great game, but if you find that you have questions, I'm one of the players who is always ready to give answers, especially about game details.

My primary gift is teaching, so one of my favorite things to do in the game is help new players understand how it works. And when I'm wrong in my assumptions about some background hidden programming, Ammit has been great about correcting me. Thank goodness!

I'm a pretty casual breeder, so if you're looking for advice about culling or establishing multi-generation lines, I may not be your best source of information.

I always answer private messages and check in on the game every day, unless real life gets extremely hectic or I'm away from home.

I've loved horses all my life but have never been able to own one. For the last 28 years or so, I've been volunteering with a therapeutic horseback riding program which keeps my real-life longing pretty well satisfied.

@justasaddletramp im investigating Tobi and Appy, mostly on drafts. I've fallen in love with the silver grullo though so I'm looking forward to this month's foals.

I like the dun silvers too, @seaswell, and apps and tobianos are always a nice surprise, wondering what you'll get. I breed both, though I stick mostly with Warmblood apps, and riding ponies for my champagne tobiano line. :) Drafts are very popular too though so you should be able to find reasonably priced breeding stock to get you going!

hi everyone

I've done a horrible thing... created/purchased way to many babies. I have to widdle them down by at least 5 more before breeding starts on both of my free accounts. I'm trying so hard not to go nuts on the basic one... how do the old timers do it?
