Where did the Welcome Pack go?

I told a new player to sign up for the welcome pack and then we realized the post is gone. Is that down for tweaking? I remember it was a part of the new tutorial achievements, so did it see enough new people to get some changes?

They now have to post in their month's peer group I believeProducer of Volcanic Glass Drafts. Lapisobsidianus.

Maybe there's no free welcome pack now the 1.99 basic upgrade one has been introduced?

I swear I saw the welcome pack as a reward for one of the new acheivements.

You post in your peer group post and the achievement for it explains it full how to get your welcome pack.
