My poor boys first season isn’t going to well...
  • My absolute favorite stud’s very first season seems to be a bust... total of 13 Foals and only one intact colt (colt sold back to game along with however many aren’t in his foal count)

Is anyone elses boy(s) like this this season?

  • You've just probably had a very unlucky season with him. Try papering all of his foals to see where they landed. BI is free for altered stock, so go nuts! If they're all C/yellow then you've just been very unlucky. If they're B/red, then maybe your boy is a high B or the mare was a high enough red for the foal to fail compared to them.

  • Is BI free for altered stock even for basic members? Out of curiosity I tried to BI a gelded colt just now and it still asked me if I wanted to pay 1000hbs

  • It asks that in case the horse isn't altered but after you click "yes" and proceed, you'll see that it charges you 0 hbs. BI is free for any altered stock, whether one has a basic or a premium upgrade. I try to BI all of the ones I keep, especially if I breed them. Helps see how low my studs can throw

  • I had many mares spayed and stallions gelded, but I got a great new crop of show ponies.

  • The boy I was very excited about did great for me. However, EVERYTHING else was horrible! I had a very bad season.
  • I'll try a couple!
  • You got an altered blue? What did you breed him to?
  • @Wildland I meant to say B
