OK, so the homo At is stated a bay, because of the two AA, not aA or Aa? Did I get that right? Or because of the AtAt?

Yep AtAt is DOUBLE the amount of bayness. Just like CcrCcr is double the amount of cream. Look how much darker the Ata horse is then the AtAt horse.
