i have been toying around with what i want to be my main colour combination focus for this game and still havent found one that i absolutely love, so i was wondering if you people would show me what you breed for (both to show off your favourite and for me to try and decide what i want to breed for :)) ).

liver is definitely one i am thinking about as i like its uniqueness.

I breed for mostly brown & bay with DP, with or without sooty/sooty+. I also like to add pearl, pearl-cream and/or silver, and I dable in sable champagne. I have a lot of other colors as well, but those listed are my favorites. For white patterns, I have a little of most, but I prefer to keep white less than 50% so I can see the horse's colors. Here are just a few examples.

I'm a new player too, so all my 2nd gen horses are still babies, and I'm not playing with any special genes yet (though that's about to chance since I bought Axiom and Macchiato in the sale!).

You are maybe going to laugh, but honestly my favorite thing to breed for is black. I'm going to try to weed out as much of the white as I can!

"party colored" lol - Basically Appaloosas, especially with extra white like splash or kit, Roan's, browns, champagne, and silver. Plus a few fantasy genes.

I love DP. It's probably my favorite gene. I love the way it interacts with other genes as well so I have other herds that carry DP mixed with other things.

I breed for dark black based duns, ideally with sooty plus or brown. Trying to go for as much of the varied, primitive look as I can get.

Sorry for linking so many. Was looking for a sooty plus silver grulla, sure I have on,, but kept finding other horses instead. Decided to let it be before I have half my breeding stock linked. haha

On my main accounts on both servers (bandit1119 #137) I breed strictly grullos. I love how the steel grey makes the white patterns pop off. And I have patterns galore lmao

Between the 2 servers I have nexus, ice 1, (recently got some 8 straws for next season), Sabino 1&2, splash, tobiano, rabicano, w1, w2, w3, w8, S+, satin, KP.

My favorite patterns include Kit M, tobiano, rabicano, sabino, and frame. I also love sooty, especially with dapples. I'm fairly new so I'm still trying to figure out my breeding lines, but I'm a big fan of liver chestnut, grullo, and buckskin with the aforementioned patterns. I'll link some of my favorites below.

KA Almost Made It
This girl got spayed, but she's a good example of dark bucksin + tobiano.

KA Coming Up Sunshine
This boy has it all, basically: silver grullo, kit m, and tobiano. I think he's stunning and he's going to become my main sire in May!

KA Struck Gold
This foundation girl is a stunning dappled palomino tobiano.

KA Electrified
Lastly, this guy is chocolate palomino and I love the way his white spotting interacts with the frame. I'll definitely be using him come June.

It's hard for me to pick just a couple favorites, I don't keep ones I don't love. lol I'm just getting started good, so most of my best ones were bred by other people, but my top three I either bred or got from a HH are:

My homozygous Pearl Wet N Wild filly, Ride the Wild Surf, who is almost perfect except I'd like to take that OLW off of her before I breed her.

My Liver filly, Better Dig Two, by Cartoon Graveyard, who I adore. If I ever manage to breed a colt that shade of liver Graveyard is that passes SBA, I'll feel like I won. :D

My KitM Champagne filly, Siuil A Run. She's by a KenworthFarms colt I bought that throws Pearl, Liver, and KitM (though not yet all on one foal) so he's a big part of my plans going forward.

And my very favorite of the ones I didn't breed, hands down, is DS10 Surfer Bird. I changed her name slightly when I got her to fit into my music theme in my herd, but she was already Bird. I bought her before I even knew I needed show ponies just because I love her looks so much! She reminds me of a mare I once knew and is pretty much my goal for my Pearl line.

wow everyone has such pretty horses! didnt think there were so many choices out there. thanks a bunch you guys.

liver is still a very good contender and i might try and just breed liver but try to get as many different patterns on them as i can. however, after seeing everyone elses options is has definitely opened my eyes to other lines i might start in the future! :)

I don't breed for a specific colour, but all my lines have silver, DP and Kp. Then I just add everything to them LOL, so I always have the KIT genes with a bit of pearl, satin and all the fantasy genes as well. So I get a lot of silvers and livers
My favourites at the moment though would be the DP bays
