Merging accounts?

When merging accounts do the barns/pastures you've bought transfer or do you only get the 30 stall barn? I'm planning on merging my side account, and eventually my contest account. I'll be eventually starting a side account that I won't put any real money into but so far, aside from my contest account I've failed that!

Barns will for additional IVs, according to what I read about merging accounts under the extras section. I’m not sure if pastures count as an upgrade or not, but if the pastures can merge (any you have bought) it probably costs extra as well.

Everything goes for the price listed. There aren't any options.
But I can't say enough that it has to be the BIGGER stable that eats the smaller stable! You CANNOT merge a bigger stable into a smaller stable! (so speaks the very expensive voice of experience!)

Thank you! I'm trying to get the ivs on this account as it's bigger but I have more money on the small account because I won the lottery!
