Ammit, you've asked for a report on how the auto-show changes are working. Here is where it is for my stable now, which is largely a record of pre-change events. I'll update it as the weeks go by.

I upgraded to Level 5 on June 6th. I had not been showing my horses, prior to this upgrade, for lack of time and energy, except for a handful of trials.

I currently own 302 horses. 71 are yearlings; 82 are in my Primary Barn; 40 are in my pasture. That leaves 109 for auto-shower. My auto Shower has been running for only 2 weeks, but most of that time was before the show system changes.

To date, a total of 7 horses have been shown in my 3 auto show barns.

I do know that my horses will usually be in good showing position about every three weeks, since most of them are foundations or 2nd gen and the highest PT is only 10.8, so the number of horses shown by auto-shower is 1 week short of a full cycle.

Any changes to this record may give a picture of the effects of the tweaks you've done to the auto show system.

Report on what has happened this last week.

Basically, the situation is totally unchanged.

Alba Barn, 90 stalls: 2 horses have showing records. Both of them from early hand showing trials.

The horses in this barn range from 2 through 10, the majority are 2 year olds. None of them have been picked up by auto-shower, although I started my three barns on it on June 6 or 7.

Burlington Barn, 30 stalls: 2 horses have showing records. Both of them from hand showing trials last fall.

Sylvania Barn, 60 stalls: 3 horses have showing records. All of them were shown in early June, after I went to Level 5 and started the auto-shower.

The horses in this barn range from 2 through 10 with 3 yearlings. Most of them are 5. No others have been picked up by auto-shower.

I notice that when I click on "My Show Results", there is no record of horses shown for Alba or Burlington Barn. The three horses shown from Sylvania Barn are shown on that page.

I'm beginning to wonder if something strange is going on with auto-shower. I have double and triple checked my settings and have even logged completely off the game a time or two over the last weeks. Maybe only those three horses have looked good to auto-shower in the last three weeks, but it does seem odd to me.

The result of this last week, in short, has been no new showing done, except some non-yearlings in my Primary Barn that I have shown by hand.

It's been a while since I've updated this thread. In mid-August I decided to attempt keeping a daily record of the report on the total points, the showing bonus and weekly profits to document the results from having all the horses showing in my auto-show barns. The results are very encouraging, even for a stable as small as this one where most of the horses were not shown much before the new system. In the beginning, I just made the record whenever I thought of it during the day, but lately I've been trying to remember to do it in the morning when I first check my Hunt & Jump stable here and on the original game.

I think it proves very conclusively that the points-based showing bonus is an excellent idea.
