    What do the numbers and Letters mean?

    Ranks are only how "rare" or "complex" the colour combinations are. The horses made from any HH can be of any breeding and showing ability, with the exception of those that have the name's like Great Show Horse, Top Notch Producer, Perfect Foundation, etc.

    There are Rank Specials, which are, of course, special herd helpers. Some you can roll for, others are only released on special dates. This is a link with all of the RS and their information in them: http://hj2.huntandjump.com/forum/discussion/8431/rank-special-dhh-list-new-and-current#Item_49

    Another important part of the Herd Helper ranks is that the higher the rank, the fewer horses you can create and the fewer times that Herd Helper can be shared.

    My Herd Helper for today is a Rank 3, Exceptional Show Horses. I can create 21 of them, share the HH with 6 other players, and will get the chance to create 3 more horses every time someone takes a share.

    On HaJ1, my Herd Helper is a Rank 1, Bay Rabicano. I can create 25 of them, share the HH with 10 other players, and will get the chance to create 5 more horses when another player takes a share.
