DHH? I don't know what that is.

I think I used the normal create. It's the one I've always used before.

I used "Create a Horse" found third down in "My Stable" on the left-screen menu.

Yes, that link takes you to the Create a Horse page. Then on that page, each morning (depending on the time you activate it), are two blocked in sections that come up to create horses. The first one you see will just create normal un-tattooed horses. It does not have an "activate" button.
The one below that each morning will be different, and tell you what you have of the "DHH" to create. If you activate that one (the button to activate it will be on the right hand bottom side of that blocked area section), the top one will disappear and you will have only the special ones available to create.
That activation for the DHH, last for 24 hours, and once it is done, a new one will appear once again under the regular create horse section. If you have used up you DHH for the day (before the 24 hours are up), and want to create regular horses after that, just click the X box in the top left area of the create box and it gets rid of the DHH create box, and the regular create horse box will re-appear.
