So the big one at the moment with the contest of course is how to make money, short term. We know how to make money long term! Once you have the horses you can afford though there isn't much else to do. Once they are trained for the week, and done their two shows what else can you do with them! Admittedly once breeding season starts there will be plenty to do, I don't think I thought through my strategy very well LOL!

Lol; that's always been the hardest part about early game for me. Long term, sure, there's a very clear strategy, but short term? Trying to plan for the new contest drove it home for me even more than usual that there aren't any good short term money making options lol! Especially now that any horse with any points is being snapped up for the contest!

This is good fun! Playing purely from a business perspective (profit, profit, profit). The hardest part is crushing the soppy voice that says "but it's only one and it's pretty" when throwing ponies into auction.
