There's always a chance a foal will be altered, even when its lineage is perfection, but usually you can tell if the parents are unevenly papered. Yours are, but there's still a chance she'll pass. Do you have papering available? If you do, you could paper her and see if she's about the same as the higher paper from her dam or sire.
Of course, you could just turn off testing and breed her anyway. :)

Since her father was a C and her mother a red, I doubt she would pass also she didn't paper higher than her mother. I would think that this mare has a low chance of passing simply because of her parents papers.

If breeding unevenly what I find best to do is match up paper scores. So say you have a blue 3G and a A 2G breed them as their papers are equal or their breeding abilities match(to a degree). As a rule of thumb matching papers helps.

But if you like the foal, turn off her testing and use her anyways.Play the game how you want it!If you like a foal because of color use it no matter the paper score. If you know it wont pass testing but you want to use it turn off its testing and play the game for fun!
