Who might you all lose this time? This one is going to be especially hard on me, so many of my first RS creates, my first liver stallion I bought and also one of my highest pt earners, and one of the few W8 mares I have :-SS

And I'll miss this guy, not because he bred many foals, but because he was great for judging the quality of my 2gs. He's a black chestnut, but you can't tell for all the tack items I just piled on:

Not to mention the beginnings of the mares I bred for a 2g KP stallion that rolled out last year, a lot of 3g mares, and a surprising (to me) amount of RS mares.

This is a light year for me relatively speaking, but there are some I will sorely miss.

I will miss this guy. He is my oldest horse. I got him as a 17 year old last May from AtA expecting to lose him the same month I got him, and here he still is 7 months later at the ripe old age of 24:

I will miss this mare I got from Cheers. She has given me many Gold/Star offspring and is the cornerstone of my Gen 5s. I hope she hangs around, but either way her breeding days are over as she will be 20.

I stand to loose 19 horses next year. The one I'm most sad about is this guy. He was the beginning of my white 8 herd and had been a great stud. I have stockpiled straws from him to use in the future.

Have 74 horses to loose, many of them being show ponies with 1500-2000 points... This is going to be hard hit. Also have many of my better quality breeders and the beginning of my main force of rank special mares up as well. Fingers crossed, though I already know my barn will have serious hits.

Solemn Singularity, an unbid auction horse I saved at the last minute when I was a new player that turned out to be my best stallion other than possibly one of his young aga best of pasture sons that I will be relying on soon. With 1700 points and 19 awards I am very glad I started using him in my bootstrapping project and got to the point where foals started passing breeding advice with him before this time. Best random auction save ever. Will definitely miss him. And thanks so much for KachStables who let me have him back after a mix up earlier this month. I will probably cry when his time comes.

The one I'm most concerned about is my oldest mare. I was pretty sure she would succumb to old age at the beginning of this year, but she survived to become 27. Will she reach 28?

I have only 4 horses who are older than 11, none over 15 so luckily I am ok for a while - an advantage of being a newbie account :)
