Hey guys,

So I think it's time to spice things up and make a new "Entropic Force Bred" tattoo. My current tattoo can be seen in the lower left hand corner of this horse:

I want to do something physics-related, which makes everything way harder. (If I wanted chemistry, I could do something really iconic like a beaker.) I lovvveeee this image because it perfectly portrays what I am going for calling myself "Entropic Force":

but doing something like that would not be feasible with a tattoo. (Future stable banner? Maybe, but I love my current one too much I think.)

Anyone have any ideas? They don't have to be physics related, but give me your best shot :)

I've actually got an idea on how to do that image in a tattoo, but I'm leaving my house 5 minutes ago. I'll work it up tonight and post it here. :)

Could you maybe do something involving the typical symbol/letter that represents entropic force in physics? Maybe that is what the eF you currently have is already though.... I only took a simple physics class in college and it was not my cup of tea. I do much better with biology or chemistry.

RoseFlute, can't wait to see your idea!

SandyCreek, something like that could work, but I think I want something more memorable and (maybe?) more flashy. I'm thinking to get that look I really need to go with a simple object.

Salvistar, I think using physics symbols could work, but they are all reasonably boring (at least to the outside observer). As far as I know, there isn't a special symbol for an entropic force, I just chose eF because I thought it looked the coolest out of all of the possibilities :P

Okay here's another prompt, what would you do if you were trying to put a picture to the word "chaos" in the context of a tattoo?

Sooo, I'm sure this is no help cause I imagine you've already done this, but I googled chaos symbol and now this is haunting me. It's awesome, but kinda creepy to me at the same time.

I had an actual idea. How about something along the lines of like a color pinwheel looking thing that spirals and as it does the colors get all mixed up and darker till its like back at the center. Does that make sense?

Well, I'm going to take an entirely different tack and suggest a golden apple, the symbol of Eris, goddess of Chaos. The symbol Lacy and fj posted are hers, as well.

Well, it's pretty much exactly what Sandy cooked up, but it's a little more orderly at the beginning, and I forgot to make it for a corner tattoo instead of a thigh tattoo, sooooo here:
