  • Hello, just started yesterday and thought I should say hello. Any pointers I should know?
  • Hello, Welcome, you came in at a great time Ammit has all kinds of cool stuff going on this week. The game its self is pretty straight forward. If you have question feel free to comb the threads or ask. Every one is really helpful here. Enjoy and have fun!
  • Hi, Welcome! The best advice I can give you is to read forum posts from some past months for sooo much help. :) That's what I did when I first joined, and it really helped. Also, sending every horse through all the free testing is going to save you a lot of trouble. :)
Like fj said, if you have any questions, don't be shy, ask away. :) Everyone's super helpful. :D
  • Yes, ask lots of questions! We're glad to help. Welcome :)
  • Welcome to Hunt and Jump! :)
  • Warning this game is addictive. But welcome

  • Welcome. You'll find specific advise about breeding in the link to Breeding Info at the bottom of the left menu bar. And, as has been said before, don't hesitate to ask specific questions. We're always glad to give new players a helping hand.

  • Im new and i need help. How do i train horses?
  • It's under the "Showing" tab in the side menu. It's just a once a week thing. :)
  • Ok thanks. I was also wondering how do u look at other members horses? I have 2 stallions and im not sure which would b the best breeder or the best gelding. I cant do any of the test except the color test from my phone.
  • There's a horse search under the Community tab. There's nothing you can do besides test, I'm afraid. :)
  • Ok thanks for the help. You are more than welcome to give advice. Again thanks for the help
  • No problem. :P Everyone here is super helpful, I'm not the only one. :D Ask anything!
  • Welcome to the game, Bryant Stables. Rose Flute is correct, we are always glad to help new players. This is a complex game, so it can take a while to learn all the ins and outs. If you'd like to look at my many, many horses, you can go to "Search Horses" under the Community tab and enter 441 in the owner ID slot. I have over 2000 horses, so that might take you a while. I don't focus on many of the really rare genes, but I have gathered some of most of the more common colors and patterns. *G*

  • Hi Bryant! Welcome to the game!

If you're looking to get an idea of the possible colors and patterns you are likely to get in foundation horses, i highly recommend that you go to the Search Horses page, click For Auction and unclick "Lined" in the middle column under the Status Heading. This will give you a list of only foundation horses that also happen to be for sale (the next public auction runs on Tuesday). Since there have been some events running in the last week, a lot of us have created more horses than usual, so the excess are up for auction!

Another recommendation I have is for you to again go to the search page, click For Sale and in the owner ID slot type in 13. This is the Foundation Rescue page. They only sell horses of the highest possible quality--showing and breeding--that you can get in the foundation generation. They are only slightly more expensive than a normal create, so picking up a stallion or a handful of mares can really get your breeding program off to a good start. They usually only have the most basic colors, but it's definitely worth it to check that search often and pick up ponies that you think look interesting!
