Mare I own Says it Cost 3500 plus 100 to breed to in house?

Help me out here
I go to do in house breeding on this girl below and the game says she I camnt afford to because she costs 3500 plus the 1000 breeding fee to use. She is not up for brood and I own her so why is it suddenly 3500 to breed her?

As I mentioned in our chat, but posting here for the benefit of any curious minds:
I've seen this with my own mares if any of them have previously been on public brood. The game thinks the price you put them up for still applies, but it won't charge you that extra. Try putting her up for public brood for 1 hb and immediately taking her down, then breeding to her.ISO any and all Silver Pocket Watches!
God grant me the hbs to buy the ponies I need,

UPDATE: @Lallyhop gave me a quick fix of putting her up for 1 hb for brood then taking her down real quick and see if that fixed it. It did but I still think it's a bug that needs to be advised ofGod grant me the hbs to buy the ponies I need,
