In my experience with KP the larger the white factor the larger the cloud on a horse, most horses with no white factor like your girl either have no apparent cloud cause it's so tiny or clouds like yours where its there but not huge (there are anomalies where the cloud is huge of course but on average it appears they suit the size of the white factor). But then I have KP on horses that defy the odds and I've seen mares with little kp clouds throw babies with huge clouds and vice versus.
