Ralph is up to his nonsense again.

  • Well, my "how low can they go" experiment with Ralph's descendants in my stable--one showable only stallion and two failed mares--has finally begun. I now have two further showable only colts, with middling low PT scores.

Hmm. I'll have to give some thought to getting more mares for this experiment. :D

  • @Ragtatter So when I bought a mare with a .50 PT score, someone said that I should breed her to Wreck It Ralph. I had no idea what this Wreck It Ralph exsisted. Now I do. Now I’d really really love to have a baby by him. :p

God grant me the hbs to buy the ponies I need,

  • I need to find a low PT mare who isn't expro. I'm on the hunt...

  • We're gluttons for punishment, y'all. :)) :)) :))
  • Ok I need in on this.I cant stop laughing. What do I need to look for in a mare to breed to ralph? OR does anyone have a ralph-spring for sale?
  • I went for unaltering 3 failed mares to breed to him and then re-neutering them afterwards and will concentrate on seeing what happens with his offspring. You could create some mares and paper them before running them through Breeding Advice so you could pick out some Failed ladies.

I'm not certain what other players have done. I think that they've sometimes picked out mares with a low PT score, though.

  • I was looking to produce a second gen stallion that I could cross with my second gen Ralph mares. I remember that Ammit said in a 1st gen there is no relationship between PT and breeding capability. So I used a Showable only stallion with a 9.9 PT and bred to a failed mare with a PT of 9.7. The result was this guy:

Showable only, PT 1.8 and at slightly less than 1 month old has 2126 of damage. So my suggestion would be to ignore the PT of the mares and just look for Failed mares. I started papering my creates first, to find the failed mares, and then only PT test out of curiousity. I breed all the failed mares, and select for those who produce offspring with damage.

  • I would love to breed him to one or two of my mares but he is not up for breeding?

  • Is Ralph no longer available for breeding? Was hoping for another ralph baby this season

  • Ragtatter hasn’t logged in yet this month, so Ralph has not yet been listed for stud. I’m sure once they return, so will our king of destruction!

  • I had no idea that PT was tied to damages lol It kinda makes sense though....
  • Just spent most of my money on making a girlfriend for Ralph :-( :-( :-(

  • @ FreedomAndChaos

Actually, very high damages are linked to poor breeding quality, not so much PT score, I believe, although it does indicate that the offspring of the horse are likely to be less than desirable for breeding as well as showing.
