Not adopted myself, but my mom is - and I feel like it’s the best thing that could have happened to me, because it meant I had three sets of grandparents growing up, which was absolutely amazing.

@SpryofJune my great-grandmother’s favorite flower was sunflowers, so they hold a very special place in my heart. :x

@ParadisePark I took piano lessons for two years before moving to violin. I think I know maybe one song still :))

@Amour33 I love “creepy crawlies” too! Oh, you should have seen it, just the other day at a festival I was at, a guy had a Mexican black kingsnake with him and it had the most gorgeous iridescence in the sunlight :x :x :x

@SandycreekFarm I was supposed to be Westley, after the Princess Bride. All I can say is thank goodness they didn’t decide on “Buttercup” when they knew I was a girl =))

@horsey2 I own and my boys show our APHA horses. I had a stud until we gelded him at 13 years old. I still have him and his sons. I just sold his daughter 2 yers ago and hopefully will be buying his granddaughter next year. He comes from racing paint lines and halter and western pleasure bred. I showed his daughter Cutter and got points on her. I love a great paint.

@dragonrun I to have had a horse back riding accident. Mine happened 7 years ago. I try to ride my horses even though my confidence was badly hurt after the accident.

@ChevalStables @RunFarAway @CeffylDwr I to am adopted. I got adopted when I was 9 years old. I am so thankful that I was. My adopted parents made me the person I am today. My oldest son carries my adopted mothers middle name Lynn. He reminds me of her all the time. I really believe it was my mother that helped me carry my son to term. i have endometriosis and had already had 4 miscarriages. I buried my mother in 03' and my son was born a year later in 04'.

@ClearwaterCanyon for about 7 years now I've wanted to get a tattoo. I know exactly what I want, but my fear of needles and initial preferred ink color have prevented me from really pursuing it.

@ParadisePark while I wouldn't say the opal is my favorite gemstone, I'm in love with the blood orange fire opal and black opal!

@SquishLime I switched from pop to country a few years ago, but in the early '10s was super into most boyband (One Direction, The Wanted, Midnight Red, Class A). However my one true boy band love is and forever shall be the Backstreet Boys :x :x
