I’ve noticed this twice now.

In this search, I’ve excluded (clicked Must Not Have) all of the Closed genes including Plaid. Despite this, one of my Plaid stallions shows up:

He’s on the second page of the search. None of my other stallions with genes excluded from the search show up, including other Plaid stallions.

His plaid and his Fantasy Gene tag appear properly in his genetic test results and on his main page.

This is a minor problem, but I thought you should know it’s happening. May just be this one boy of mine or may be a wider problem.
