I'm waiting till the 4th-5th to do my tack contest thing, just in case it comes out before the 6th.. lol

The tack contest is specifically for the summer refresh pack if I read the rules correctly...

The summer refresh is just backgrounds, you can use any tack packs you have access to, as long as you use a background from the summer refresh.
