I can tell I am loosing control.

I try to keep 12-20 intact files each year. Have been getting more than that a bit, and have found that I get more and more of that number with the bootstrap numbers while I have found that getting intact foals from my lines side projects... Well... Just barely got all my breeding in, still am yet to go through or name all the fillies, but search comes up with 45 intact fillies after my regular culling tactics by breeding advice, and I think I went through paper too. Yeah. lol.
I need to get harder on ruling mares again, but I don't have time right now. haha -

Some gorgeous dun fillies in there! I particularly like this one:

I love her bloodlines and her genetics, but I'm biased. lol I don't know how you'll manage to cut back to half of that group, though. They're all nice!Justa ~ ID# 44842

Thanks friends. Yep. I think I'm just going to try to name them for now. That just means that many more mars producing that many more foals to make things crazier later. Oh well. I have 5 or so mares in risk of aging out, that should cover it... right?
-
My goal is to have about 200 breeding mares total... I think this crop right here proves that is going to happen as much as my original goal of keeping under 60 mares. haha
-
I don't even know how many mares I own. Right now I have 214 stallions. The bad thing is they all passed SBA.
-
103 stallions, 10 or so of which are for sale/in holding barns/won’t stay intact.
2353 mares, including fillies, embryo transfer mares who are really Show Ponies, and those over breeding age. Will be working on culling those numbers back down between now and next breeding season to a more “reasonable” 2000.
7919 show ponies, with another 30 or so set to come home from ATA.
