Horse's Image Stuck On "Waiting to hear back from the server"

    Every time I try to refresh my horse's image, that message pops up and stays. I left it open for about 30 minutes once and nothing changed. I tried rerolling the portrait as well, yet that same message still comes. Help?

    The image shows up fine for me... Is it not supposed to be the dark backdrop with long full mane and tail and red festival roses?
