It's all about how the internet companies work, and has nothing to do with you individually! They only have so many numbers to use as IP addresses, so they rotate them around. Sometimes when you sign on you have one number, and the next time you sign on you get an entirely different number. It doesn't effect how anything works, from your end, but SOMETIMES two people get the same number because of the way they rotate around. Just as an example: If you used the internet at a Starbucks in Kansas City, and Haltnanny drove through Kansas City and got online on her phone, then you might have shared the same IP number.

Unfortunately there were a bunch of people, back in the day, who figured out how to use that process to cheat, and Ammit had to make it so associated accounts cannot sell to each other.
