Welcome to Hunt and Jump.

Tip #1: Read (perhaps study) the FAQ linked near the bottom of the left menu. It's a good basic introduction to the game, but a lot of the finer or less commonly used points aren't there, so you're sure to have questions. We're a friendly group who like helping new players find their way around, so please don't hesitate to ask about anything that puzzles you.

Tip #2: This is a game where every player sets personal goals and works to reach them. There is no one right way to play Hunt and Jump.

Tip #3: That said, breeding horses to sell tends to be a bad way to try to raise money for your stable. We are all breeding horses, so unless a color or pattern is something special or rare, the market for foals won't be large.

Tip #4: Neutered horses get a training advantage, so they are your friends. All horses, whether intact or not, should be shown regularly, unless they're in a pasture, where they can't be shown.

Tip #5: Sign up for the New Member Welcome Pack, near the top of the forum page. You'll get an extra barn and some additional game cash.
