Why can't I create more horses?

I have 21 out of 41 spaces in my primary barn filled. Why does it say my barn is full when I try to create more horses?

Have you hard logged in and out of the game since the new expanded primary barn came in earlier today? You may need to log out, completely close your web browser program and start over again.

Yeh it happens sometimes when creating, as Cheers said just log out and back in again
