Hi, I just joined earlier today.
I hope it's okay to ask a few questions here; I entered all my horses in a separate show and each of them placed first. All of them placed first in inhand local and now they're all graduated to National, skipping regional all together?
Also, I noticed in their records they can get injured? How does that work? Can I enter my horses in multiple shoes a day? -
Welcome to Hunt an Jump 2! Questions are always welcome.
The reason that your horses skipped regional is that there is only a 10 point spread for all 4 grades of level 1. Once they train up into level 2 and above there are 10 training points between each grade. (Training points determine what the horse's score will be and are increased by training, as opposed to show points which are awarded based on the horse's place in the class and are used to determine the showing bonus which is added to your weekly pay.)
I don't believe that HJ2 horses get damages, the space in the horse record for it is left over from HJ1. When a horse there has damages you get a game alert at the top of your Stable Overview page listing the horse's name and link and the amount of money you had to pay (usually less than 10hbs). There are no long term effects except for it becoming part of the horse's record.
You may enter your horses in shows 2 times a week, either on separate days or twice on the same day. They can be trained once a week and should be trained every week so that they will reach their maximum showing potential. The week starts at midnight between Saturday and SundayI was jllewis on the old forum.
