2017 Fall Festival: "This is Halloween" Tack Pack

New massive Halloween themed tack pack is now in the store. And it's only 1 IV.
This pack is so massive that I can't possibly test everything. If you see anything that loads out of order (remember manes can't go on top of tack), or is missing color change options etc please post it here.

I split ghosts, bats, and mist into foal and adult versions and they are working properly now.

FYI: I have tried many different color options from the tack pack. All work fine for me so far.
