I only meant that someone that was new and was looking to expand, not for their core income :(

It can be pretty hard for new players to get high pointed older show horses (other than the 2 from AtA) because when they bid on the higher pointed ones that are in the auction they will almost always be outbid by experienced players with large show strings who will pay more for that horse than a new player can reasonably afford to spend on one show horse.

I'm still newer to HJ2 (played HJ a long time ago) and when I first started out I usually went for the high PT young show prospects because they were the ones I could afford and snag from the public auction. Every time I tried to get a high pointer from the PA I was either outbid by an experienced player or lost out to someone who placed a last minute bid. Users who can't be logged on when the PA is about to end for whatever reason (maybe work, school, sleep, etc.) will practically never be able to get a high pointed horse from the auction because people always make last minute bids on those horses and if you can't be there to bid again as well there's really no way you'll end up with one.
