I would like to get 100k but I know with all the RS releases latly the price has come way down and I will not get that. So we can start there and work are way down till we find a price we can agree on.

Thank you Olio that's exactly what I was looking for. Like I said above I know full well I wouldn't get 100K but you have to start somewhere. Than you counter back and forth until you come to a price that both parties can agree on. I will add you to my buddy list and put him up for you. I think 30k is a very fair offer.
