I have three RS boys who I need help with.
-
I have 3 RS boys who I want to do something special with. Projects I don't already have and possibly something that's not common but I want to stick with real genes. I'm not big into the fantasy stuff.
For an example I'm turning this guy into Homo S+ with DP. For a really dark brown project
WO1 Man Of Faith
Here are the other three that I have no clue what to do with. What do you all think I should do to them?
WO1 Charisma
WO1 Frankel

For Charisma - Dun, Rabi, homo GP.
For Frankel - Pearl, Appy, Kp
For the last, I don't know what, because they got so much happening already, lol.

If you want to start a project with a less common gene but you don't want to use a lot of GMTs, you could make one of the Brindle Breakout boys Splash 2. You can only get Splash 2 by GMTing it onto a foundation and it's very inexpensive for a GMT only gene since it costs 2 GMTs per copy. It is hom lethal and foals who are born hom splash 2 will die, but you can GMT a foundation to make it hom Splash 2 if you wanted and it won't die.

I think Frankel I'm going to make a Kitm project. He'll probably be the most expensive one to do. Windward I like your idea of Splash2. I don't think I have that gene yet so I can turn Charisma into a splash2 boy. Then all that's left is my long name boy who doesn't even have a name yet lol. I already have a homo Pearl stallion in my Kings Ransom and I have I turned a Texas Tea boy into a perlino for my Perlino/Cremelo project. I have appy/tob and other appy boys for my Leo appy and pintaloosa lines and I have a KP and GP lines. The only gene off the top of my head that I don't have that I might think about would be satin. I will need to do some searching on that though and see what base color I like it on. Unless I use him as a back up boy for my cream line I'm going to have to make him darker and he'll probably end up loosing some of his colors. Unless someone would really like him and I would certainly think about selling him to help pay for the GMTing of everyone else.

And I forgot my Meteoric foal too who I want to do some work on as well.
-
If I could buy that beautiful little boy I would xD But I really need more barns this season so sadly no more RS for me. How many boys do you have for your cream or perlino/cremelo lines? He may be able to slot in there if you only have one...

Prices are almost always negotiable. -
I have three boys currently. in that line all RS. I have my Perinlo Texas Tea boy and my Cermello Bone Fire boy and then I have a homo Pearl Kings Ransom boy who is actually Silver Amber Champagne Pearl who will be making the rounds into a few herds to bring in from flare. lol I have several boys who will be making rounds into different herds each season to build up a nice color variety for the 2nd gen herds.

Is Sabino2 and Splash2 ok to breed together or are they fatal?
-
Sabino 2 and splash 2 are fine. Splash 2 isn't a kit gene so it isn't lethal when crossed with any of the kit genes. However, it does raise white factor the same way the regular splash does. Splash 2 is hom lethal and it's also lethal when combined with splash 3. I don't think there are any other genes that it's lethal with.

Also, if you're considering satin as a GMT project, I personally would choose a stallion that had very little white. If you pick a stallion with lots of white, you won't really be able to see the satin since the horse won't show very much of its base color.
