I started a new account to build up as a rescue stable. My question is if a second account is new (less than 2 weeks old) is it eligible for the welcome pack and the available to adopt program? Didn't want to just apply for these things without asking.

The new account is TimberRescue. Its to provide players who have horses that just aren't selling a place to sell them besides watching them be destroyed by the auction house. I know that bothered me a bit when I first started and I've noticed others be a bit squeamish about it. I'm still trying to build up funds and space but I can make an announcement when its ready to go.

Just wait for Ammit to come on or maybe one of the more experienced people. You've only waited 6 hours, they could just be getting up out of bed, depending on where they live!

I think you should be allowed to get the welcome pack :) I had my account for a while and tried to start another (it didn't last long) and I was able to get the welcome pack

You should be able to get the Welcome pack barn. Just ask for it.
If Ammit says no, then you have your answer. :) No need to wait around, I don't know why she wouldn't give it to you. And I would ok the Adopt A Horse thing.

Ah okay thanks. Sorry for the anxiousness. I've been home alone with a two year old all day and this site has been my only refuge.

I've had several accounts (now merged with this) and all were able to get welcome packs and adopt from the foundation rescue is still available.

Thanks y'all. Im planning on taking a couple AtA horses to supplement the horses Cheers donated and buying a breeding couple from the foundation rescue to build a sustainable show ring from breeding. Then I'll cook for a while and buy a show horse here and there.
