Newbie!! Hi y'all!

Just discovered this game today..Still reading through how it works. In terms of horse sim games in general, I am quite the veteran and active on a few other games currently.
I find tho, that many are tooo time consuming being and adult, with a busy life...and Im looking for something a bit easier to manage..
Hoping once I get this figured out, to get into breeding appaloosa patterned horses ( which is my specialty in all other sims Ive played..lol)
Any guidance, help, advice is always appreciated.
I do plan on upgrading once Ive figured this all out
