I remember hearing that it's completely random which stallions cover which mares. You'd need both stallions in the pasture at the same time before you click breed, otherwise the only one in there will breed to everything.

Without enough money to breed all of them i thought that he would cover what Inhad money for? So do I need to put both my studs in then if I breed on the 5th. I moved draft foundies into my 2g pasture incase this happened. Will they always all of them even if you dont have the money to cover it?

That has happened to me once or twice (the going negative thing) I think its just a fluke. Because Ive also not had enough money to breed the pasture and it bred the ones I had enough hbs for and left the others unbred. But if you want to use two stallions you need to put them both into the primary pasture or use a different pasture for each stallion and group of mares. If you only put one in he will breed all of the mares.
