You'll find some help at the bottom of the left menu bar. Click on the link for the FAQ, and the one for Breeding Info. Near the top of the page, you will find Ammit's collection of Important Links, which will also give you some good advice. You can also sign up for your New Member Pack, which will provide an extra barn and some additional game money. If you check out your pasture, you will find a link to the instructions for using it.

One of the members, I think it's Confluence Farms, has a chat room for new players, but I couldn't locate the link to the sign-up thread. Perhaps someone else has it bookmarked and can link you to it.

It is me, and I added you Xanadu. It's especially helpful for real time conversations.
