GMT for a horse...
-
I want to make my SS horse consistent but not sure how to do it? Can someone help please?
-
You will need to purchase 1 GMT. The horse you want to work on must have been color tested, be intact, and under 5. It may not have any living foals.
Go to the Gen Mod lab, select the horse from the drop down box, and hit enter (or however you select things on a phone). Your horse will appear on the page, along with the many options. Scroll down to the very bottom of the page, where you will see Consistency offered. Select that, then go back to the top of the page (I think it takes you there automatically). It will explain what this option will do --make the horse perfectly consistent. Select to have it performed. When you are done, you will have to consistency test the horse again, and run it through PT again as well because consistency affect that score. (Think, if you have a horse that clears a jump perfectly one day and the next is likely to slide to a halt or run right through it --that's inconsistency and the horse is not as likely to train up to jumping more difficult and higher jumps.)De gustibus non disputandum. Thanks. Did her GMT.

Great. I must confess that I use GMT's more often to get rid of inconsistency than I do to add genes. :DDe gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."
