Hello I am new and trying to find out how this game works -))

Welcome!
I'm not am expert, only been playing for a little over a year now, but one of the more experienced players is bound to drop in with a bit more information for you----

That's such a broad question for an extremely complex game that it's very difficult to answer. It would take a large number of maximum length forum posts to cover everything.
Here are some places to look for advice.
Near the top of the page is a post "Important Links" that has some helpful information.
Check out Breeding Info at the bottom of the left menu bar for a good primer on breeding.
Scroll back through the pages of posts in the Help Me Out section to see if someone else has asked a question about something you want to know.
Ask your own specific questions. We're a friendly group and always ready to help new players out.De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."

I am not sure which question you are referring to SandyCreek because I did not ask one, but thank you any way for your answer, I will certainly have a good look at the forums to see how things work.

Perhaps I was misreading your opening post. A fair number of new players will start out by saying something like "what is the best way to play this game" so I guess I assumed that your "trying to figure things out" was a request for a complete guide, which isn't available because the game is continually being upgraded and changed, sometimes in small ways and sometimes in big ones.
Anyway, welcome to this fascinating game that teaches players all about the intricate field of horse color genetics in a way that is a whole lot of fun.De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."
