Does anyone know how to contact the administration? I bid on two horses in auction and was the high bid but did not receive the horses. When I searched them it said they are owned by the Hunt and Jump auction bidder. The same happened to my sister. Does anyone know how I can contact the admin or know how to get horses from the hunt and jump auction bidder?

The hunt and jump auction bidder is basically the slaughter house in the game lol. You wont be able to get them. Im wondering if you put in a bid that was lower than the set bid (which is the whole reason for the hunt and jump auction bidder) or maybe something happened that the bid didnt go through or it was a bug or something. @Ammit is the admin you can send her a message and she will also see this post eventually.

Did you have enough money? If you don't the game ignores your bid.
That script was very recently updated so it is possible you encountered a bug.
ETA: I just checked the sales records and I see plenty of horses that where sold this week to other bidders.
