more w genes are lethal with sabino

Nope. It's pretty much lethal w + sabino is dead foal. This is not a forever change but the transition from current KIT system to the new one is going to be a bit clunky.

Uh-oh! I think my lines are in some serious trouble. I've been breeding for a W3or W4 with Sabino!

Does this include sabino 3?

I spelled it out exactly above? All dominate white + the sabino's that where lethal before are now lethal together. And like I said this is not a permanent change nor a random change. It was vital for the transition process because the new w20 and w10s broke all the lethalality systems. There was however no warning. I did not know this was going to be required to keep breeding working. I would have posted a warning if I had known.

In the future some combos will be only sometimes lethal. The transition to more realistic KIT interactions is pretty complicated.

Till this is fixed, for those of you who are breeding KP and might have some complications because of the amount of sabino and white in your herds, message me, I may be able to help with nonlethal horses or straws.

Whites where already lethal together and sabinos are still not lethal together so while some crosses have to change no one was breeding w4/sabino to w4/sabinos before now anyways. That was already a lethal cross.

So all this includes W20 as well? Sorry, just making sure I understood, I have W20 on all my new stallions which then obviously isn't going to work in my herds as i have all the sabinos. W20 in real life is more of a sabino type thing isn't it? Not considered to be lethal?

MoonAcre's sadly I have heard somethings through the grape vine so I'm going to post this hear because it needs to be said. I KNOW for a fact there is behind the doors grumbling going on. This is a dangerous thing to be doing. Lack of communication makes everyone unhappy and leads to resentment. If you are not willing to talk to me I can't help you. If you are not willing to tell me something is wrong I can't make it better. I get it, it sucks. But I have always tried to work with people to make what I can better. It's unfair to be upset with me if you never even give me a chance to try.


I know it's fun to all sit around at bitch about the big mean game owner. But you know that's BS guys. You know I'm not mean and that I don't do things just to screw people over. Just talk to me. It clears up lot of confusion.

Are they still lethal? I know u said u were trying to change them. It's close to Ned breeding season

And yes while it is high on my list, I have other more pressing things that must be fixed before I can get to them. It may be a few seasons, though I am hoping less then that.
