Inbreeding?
-
Quick question. I haven't really thought much about it. But I have a limited number of nexus horses. Esp in each generation. So my horses are gonna be very close related and prob havr some inbreeding unless I can find another stallion or more mares. Since it is a game does the inbreeding matter? Like a brother to a sister?

There are no drawbacks to inbreeding in the game as there are in real life. Some players don't like to see the same name cropping up a lot of times in the same pedigree, but that's a personal preference. If you just keep the line in house, there's no need to worry about it.
However, if you want to introduce some fresh blood into the mix, you can always offer to trade straws or eggs with other Nexus breeders. (If you're upgraded enough to use them, of course.)
De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."

I think a bigger effect is going to be what foundation your nexus line descends from. Some are already much more rare and valuable then others.

Maybe offer to trade straws or offspring with someone who has a different color going?
