If you're going to put them up for brood you should totally ask at least 8k.

I think they are, she just doesn't know what to ask for them.

NYC, maybe put them up for forum auction? Probably your best bet to get a good price for them.

Honest question. What makes them worth so much? I know they are perfect foundations but what else? U can buy mares at foundatiom rescue for 2700

I used one for brood. I sent extra $ to make it add up to 10k for a more appropriate brood price. NYC if this causes any problems let me know.

Hidden--DP (Dense Pheomelanin, which makes Liver Chestnuts in the right conditions) is not available (for sure) by any other HH and is very rare. These horses have two copies, which means that along with their homozygous sooty, they look black even without a black gene, and if they're bred to Homozygous sooty chestnut mares, they'll always produce a Liver foal (if the foal is ee Chestnut). If the foal has a black gene (Ee or EE), they'll be blacks with a copy of DP that doesn't show. :)
They also have Homozygous frame, which, when heterozygous and combined with most kit genes and the sabinos, changes the edges to be jagged and adds a cool feel to a horse's markings. It's especially strange on this horse, because normally, Homozygous Frame (OlwOlw) will kill a foal on birth.
Have I cleared it up, or just confuzzled it more? :P
