    Hi, i did a banner and cant seem to get it under 28kb. how do i do that? to me is it impossible to get down to 15kb
    Made it in PS and the measurments are 500px 150px

    i have saved it in 4 different sizes and have also taken off some text but nothing helped :((

    Have you tried changing the format its saved in. Ie jpg to png?

    Does your version of Photoshop have the option to Export pictures, especially the vintage "Save for the Web" tool? That's what I use to shrink things to the proper size.

    :D Things like that happen to me.

    I have lost the little tool that usually shows at the bottom of the history and other boxes that allows you to change the image to less or more than 100% size, which I like to use when making tattoos, so I can work large (200 or 300%) and then go back to my base 100 x 100 pixel square which is finally reduced to 25 x 25. I don't even know what it's proper name is, so I can't look for information in the help pages. Sigh. I had been using it, did something online, and when I went back to Photoshop, it was gone.
