I know you can do it more than once, not sure if there's an end limit or not, but it does get more expensive every time (50 IVs for the first, 75 for the second...) but do remember that certain genes don't clone if you're cloning a foundation.

No. Chinchilla will not clone. LE genes and Fantasy genes do not clone.

As far as I've heard, anything the (foundation) horse could not be created with would not clone. That means you can clone things like DP, SNF, pearl, Ch, etc, but things like closed/fantasy genes and w8, KP, GP, etc would not clone.
However, that's heresay, as all I've done so far is clone a FF SNF boy (who turned out just fine).

(Of course, if you clone a lined horse, I believe it turns out pretty much identical, minus slight variations in PT/etc)

Perhaps a definitive cloning guide could go on our wishlist for the FAQ. :x

white spotted genes do clone. I have cloned white 3 and white 10 before

just realized i have also cloned kit m too lol Like you said, snowflake, pearl and dp clone, s+ clones. I accidentally discovered a while ago that macchiato clones but Ammit had said even though it isn't cheating she would prefer people didn't exploit that because it was technically a mistake that it clones.

as far as i know there is no limit on how many you can make but the price does indeed go up every time. 50 - 75 - 90 - etc.
