I have this lovely boy and would love to know what his colors are underneath the nexus

If I was not unemployed right now I would be making some nexus foundies with appaloosa to breed a mate for him. Since that not possible I am going to start looking for 2nd gen mares with hom appaloosa or w8, w3, w10 and work from there.

Ee - Heterozygous black, heterozygous red, meaning he can produce both black and red.
Aa - Heterozygous bay agouti, meaning he can produce both bay (together with E-) and black.
CCcr - Heterozygous cream.
Dd - Heterozygous dun
SS - non sooty
Rbrb - heterozygous Rabicano
OlwO - Heterozygous frame
So he is a buckskin dun rabicano frame :) -
