That Moment When..

    That moment when you don't realise you've left a stallion in your primary pasture and you hit the breed all button >.<<br />
    I'd apparently left a stallion in my primary pasture last season and I went straight to my 2nd pasture to start breeding and then wondered why my breedable mares went from 67 to only 7 when my 2nd pasture is only a 10 mare pasture. What's worse, is most of my mares were higher gen KP mares starting up for their first season and the stallion was a B papered 2nd gen lol Ah well, I suppose there is always next season and I should have some pretty show foals!

    This season I accidentally chose my 3g SNF stud instead of my 2g SNF stud.

    Oh no. This season I bred my gen 4 pasture. Only to discover afterwards upon sorting the stud I used was infact uneven. I had wrongly labelled his Mum as a 3rd gen when she was infact second gen.
    Breeding liver chestnut drafts that carry snowflake and kp.
    Also breeder of mushroom, watercolour, chinchilla, splash m, wrong warp and thunderstruck.

    Horses generally always available.

    I got one egg off a beautiful chilly mare. Stupid me used my mushroom stallion by mistake. Foal popped up bay, thats was the moment I realized my gave mistake.

    Oh ouch, a whole pasture! I've done it with a handful of mares at a time, but never in a fresh full pasture.

    I was so excited when this lady came up as a baby, until I looked at her pedigree and realized she was uneven...

    Luckily I have a small bootstrap line, so I shuffled her over there to pass on the pretty genes. I was really annoyed with myself, though!

    Gotta love those backup bootstrap lines, lol! I got a 5g snowflake off someone a few seasons back, and handbred her three times before realizing she was uneven by one gen back at the start of her pedigree. It made me strongly consider making anything after g4 “extensive” and calling it bootstrapping from there, lol. Instead I’ve stuck her in with my main bootstraps to toss some snf in there :x

    I accidentally used a Foundation hom mushroom straw on a 2 or 3g mare because I got click happy in the breeding page. Oops...
