I either broke the Cloning Lab, or there was a malfunction at the factory...
-
My Nanotech Primer stallion Chronometer, turned 17 this year so I went ahead and sent him to the cloning lab. He has some GMT work done but no limited genes. I knew brindle doesnt clone, and I didnt mind. I bought my 50 IVs,
named his clone and my phone locked up. I reset my phone, checked my barn and no new mini Nano. I still had the 50 IVs I purchased so I repeated the process. Somehwere in the assembly line something malfunctioned, or someone was on lunch break. This is what I got.... :O
Here's my stud

and the resulting "clone(s)"

I have 2 other successful clones, this was my third time using the lab. Definitely odd
-
Those are some very odd "clones" you've got there. :-/
-
Just a random question; can you clone a horse more than once?
Also, those are some strange clones.. -
I would move this to the bug discussion.
-
Maria, yes you can clone a horse more than once, it just gets more expensive each time.
As for your clones KenworthFarms, I think the scientists were definitely out to lunch LOL!! -
Are you certain you selected the correct horse for cloning? These are fillies, in addition to all the color gene issues.I was jllewis on the old forum.

@Cheers, Im not exactly sure how to move a post
@OndowaStables yes I'm sure, I even double checked after I named the clone -
Kenworth, just click edit, as usual, but you can change the category, too.....just below where you change the title of the thread......it's a drop down menu, just select Bug Discussion.
-
Awesome! Thank You, I just moved it over to the Bug Discussion :)
-
Just letting you know I have seen this. Yes VERY odd.

Should I try again in a few days, or use the funds for another one of my stallions who's close to aging out? :-/
-
And wait.. Aren't the clone/clones supposed to get all of the genes that the original horse had? (Of course, minus the special genes.) your copies got almost NONE of the same genetics..
-
I would wait until you get further response from Ammit. You’ve got all month, so I’d give her the chance to investigate and get back to you before you spend more hbs. I’m sure she will respond again once she’s had the chance to look into the issue!
-
Funny thing, though, is both foals look exactly alike in their images. The offside front sock is the same, color, etc. Lol. I'm joking, but I'd say you cloned one of them, not your boy. =))Love,
Spry -
See what I mean, lol I broke the Lab! Totally caught me off guard, that's for sure :-)) I'll wait and see what Ammit finds out, in the mean time my pair of "Nope Not Nanos" will just hang out in my primary barnThanked by 1ConfluenceFarms
