Need some help with this one... I have a macchiato horse 2G and it's saying " The sire or dam of this horse has a closed gene which you do not own the license for (Splash M). You must purchase a foundation horse with this gene to breed it" a tad confused , any help greatly appreciated. I tried to breed her but it's not allowing me to :/

Splash M is a closed gene that you had to pay to get. Much like Chinchilla and Wrong Warp right now. If you didn't buy the gene then the game will not allow you to breed it.

I someone ended up with a straw and used it ages ago, I've never bred the mare but I can't if I don't have the foundations , I'll spay her

That is weird that you some how ended up with a straw. I would think the game wouldn't allow that either. That has me scratching my head. At any rate, yes if you don't have a foundation that you paid to get the gene on you will never be able to breed her. She will just be a pretty show pony :)

Yeah, I don't know where or when I got a straw :-? She's a lovely lil show pony now :)
