I’ve noticed there are a lot more active players on the forum on here compared to HAJ 1 . I posted my snowflake studs Available for straws and it’s still at the top of the most recent discussions out of them all . Is there any reason for server one being less active?

For a while, recently, all new traffic was directed over here. I know Ammit wanted to make both servers run on the same breeding schedules, so maybe thats why.
Plus, I think, there are a TON of players over there that have been around forever, and they have their own, established, lines. Maybe they don't need outside blood as much? Just a thought, no real idea! -
@ConfluenceFarms that is probably most of the case :)

HaJ 1 celebrated its 12th anniversary (founded 2006) at the beginning of this June. My daughter started playing it in April of 2010, and I watched over her shoulder as she played for 8 months before I started my own stable there (Jan. 2011). Quite a few players there have been playing for 10 or more years, a remarkable record, I think, for an online game. So, many of us have been playing HaJ 1 for a long time and have fairly large (even enormous) stables. For most of its existence, the game year there has been 2 real life months, but Ammit recently changed it to 1 month to match this game, in part because there was less activity on its forum than there is here.
Ammit created this version of the game in June of 2013 and gave it one-month game years. There were other differences which have been dropped as the membership in this version has expanded. My daughter was one of the pilot players (ID 88) for HaJ2.
As Confluence has mentioned, for quite some time, Ammit directed new traffic for the game to this version, and things have grown fairly quiet in Haj 1. We are hoping that things will pick up so that the original form of Hunt and Jump can remain in existence. It isn't so much that players of HaJ 1 are less active as that we don't do nearly as much interacting in the forum. We're still glad to welcome new players there, but for the most part we seem to concentrate on our own lines and do less looking for outside blood.
I'm not sure how everything will work out in the end. I do know that with both versions having the same 1 month game year, it is increasingly difficult to manage large stables in both HaJ 1 and HaJ 2. I'm thinking that I may have to breed horses in alternate months, just to keep ahead of things. :DDe gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."

I understand the struggle people are having to breed as I am too , even though my account is very small in comparison to something like yours it’s still a rush . I did enjoy the 2 month breeding because I had time to save for barns to increase size however I love being able to breed very often :)
