There’s too many errors when I’m loading my horses like there’s no response and I tired of restarting my device. Plz fix this

In order to fix the issue they will need more information.

What type of device are you using, what are you actually seeing when you load the horse, which pages are you seeing it on

If you are talking about the time it takes for the picture to generate, it gives you a message that it could take several seconds. Is the 'error' that it is taking longer than a few seconds? As Bandit said, more information is needed. What error message are you getting?

An issue I've been having his that goal images do not generate as fast as I want them too and sometimes it shows a broken image file, is that what your problem is?
You have to remember that this site is busy and everyone tries to generate horse images at the same time which slows it down. Ammit has been working hard to get this fixed. It could also be your device and not the game at all

The only issue I have had this year was genetic testing bulk. Many times they would not show color test results (but show on their page).

Not sure if this is the case for you but I know when I first started for some reason Chrome browser wouldn't load images at all for me (could use Firefox no issue), once I updated the browser it resolved for the most part now it tends to only happen during peak hours of the game when everyone is breeding and therefore the server is overloaded with trying to produce the images.

The loading screen keeps popping up saying, “message sent, but no response”

I got that a couple times yesterday. Moving on and coming back to the horse later produced an image.

The image will be on the page after it is created. There is zero reason for you to restart your device.
