    Got her out of a random create spree. I’m hoping she’s double DP, hard to tell with the lightening & phone settings. Pretty anyways if she’s not though, could be the dun just throwing me off. Her first foal, with my GMT’d FF, doesn’t help-too spotty.

    I might be wrong but I believe she's hom. That foals spots on the legs are awful dark.

    I was mostly going off how dark her legs are compared to the other one.

    Foal’s sire is hom so even if she was het I could have gotten black out of the cross. Getting the S+ & the dramatic spotting just made it more difficult. I’ll be looking to see if she throws a foal that isn’t hom with Cold Days going forward.

    Tempted to get rid of the foal so I can toss Llp & one snowflake on her before the sale ends. Foal came out hom for patn1 so she’s carrying one currently hidden copy at least

    I agree. The thing thats throwing me for a loop is the pearl in there. On some of my darker critters they seem lighter if they carry pearl.

    Mostly following for a more "official" response from one of the OGs. Lol

    Apparently yesterday’s creates were lucky for me, another one of the my random livers is sty/dp/dp. Just need to throw 1 gmt at her to definitely have a black liver

    I have this girl who I am 99% sure is hom DP as all of her foals have come out liver when breeding to a horse I am sure does not have DP. My mare is a bit darker so your girl may just be het but I am not an expert so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

    I would say het compared to this freaky friday, but if your unsure you can reroll and see how dark she stays

    Swapped both of my girls over to offside manes so the neck is visible. IIRC it’s that dark band/muzzle/socks that show a dun’s base color.

    I could reroll them to that dark dun you guys are posting but that wouldn’t prove or disprove anything, duns just that variable.
